During 2024’s Art Basel mayhem the 1 Hotel was the calm in the storm, hosting wellness-focused events that focused on healthy living, eating and partying. The hotel’s lush beach club restaurant, Tala, was the setting for a morning respite that brought a bit of stillness to a week brimming with activities and hedonism.
Invited guests enjoyed a moment away from the Art Basel hustle with a meditation and sound bath led by Anatomy Lead Trainer Sandy. In partnership with Asics, their ‘sound mind, sound body’ slogan was brought to life featuring the Asics Gel-Kinetic and CNCPTS activewear. Healthy bites were served, along with St. James Iced Tea and refreshing juices. Guests left revitalized and ready to tackle the Art Basel bedlam with renewed vigor.
