Super Producer Timbaland Moves to Coral Gables

Missy Elliott, Justin Timberlake and Jay Z superproducer / collaborator Timbaland just bought an $8 million house in Coral Gables near Gables Estates. Super modern and enormous, he’s presumably putting a recording studio in the annex to create music when not teaching his Masterclass On Producing & Beatmaking. Timba used to live at Epic Miami, where we’d see him all the time eating at LaMuse Restaurant at Avant Gallery, before moving to nearby Aria condominium.

Take a virtual tour (pro tip: don’t use mobile, use desktop) of almost every square inch, including the engine room, swimming pool, owners deck, and everything in-between, or just consume the sizzle reel.

Brickell City Center Burger King Becoming Gargantuan Skyscraper

The Federal Aviation Administration has approved an almost 1000′ tall skyscraper condominium / hotel to be built on the skanky Burger King site, in-between Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Center. Why is this approval necessary? Because the building is so big, the FAA wants to make sure that planes arriving to or leaving Miami International Airport won’t hit the building.
